SPECIFICATIONS FOR CUT STAINLESS STEEL LETTERS

Impact! Sign Letters uses only the highest quality solid stainless steel plate.   Letters and logos are router and waterjet cut out of solid plate metal, resulting in precise, razor sharp lines. Impact! Sign Letters uses alloy C304 which offers superior corrosion resistance.

 If the face of the steel letters are polished, the returns will be sanded. All other finishes will have bead blasted returns.

All stainless steel letters and logos are shipped without   any clear polyurethane coating. Alloy C304 will not tarnish under almost any condition. However, like all cut metal sign letter products, if exposed to continuous rain, sprinkler systems, or other high moisture situations, mineral buildup may occur on the surface of the sign letters. Using harsh chemicals may cause permanent damage to the material's surface. Impact! Sign Letters recommends warm soapy water.
