Impact! Sign Letters uses only the highest quality solid aluminum plate.   Letters and logos are router and waterjet cut out of solid plate metal, resulting in precise, razor sharp lines. Impact! Sign Letters uses aluminum alloy #5052 which offers superior corrosion resistance. It is excellent for anodizing, and has a high quality hardness rating of H32.

If the face of the aluminum letters are polished, the returns will be sanded. All other finishes will have bead blasted returns.

Like all cut metal sign letter products, if exposed to continuous rain, sprinkler systems, or other high moisture situations, mineral buildup may occur on the surface of the sign letters. Using harsh chemicals may cause permanent damage to the material's surface. Impact! Sign Letters recommends warm soapy water.
