SPECIFICATIONS FOR CUT METAL LETTERS

Impact! Sign Letters uses only the highest quality solid copper plate. For Copper Letters, Impact! Sign Letters uses alloy C11000 which offers superior corrosion resistance. Copper Letters and logos are router and waterjet cut out of solid bronze plate, resulting in precise, razor sharp lines.

If the faces of the copper letters are polished, the returns will be sanded. All other finishes will have bead blasted returns.

Like all cut metal sign letter products, if exposed to continuous rain, sprinkler systems, or other high moisture situations, mineral buildup may occur on the surface of the sign letters. Using harsh chemicals may cause permanent damage to the material's surface. Impact! Sign Letters recommends warm soapy water.
