SPECIFICATIONS FOR CAST METAL LETTERS

Impact! Sign Letters uses only the highest quality prime aluminum and lead free bronze to form our cast metal letters. Cast metal letters are are individually hand cast in non-polluting electric resistance furnaces. Prime aluminum and lead free bronze ingot are hand poured in virgin sand molds at 1300 degrees F, and 2150 degrees F respectively. Our advanced casting methods ensure sign letters that are free from pits and blemishes, to provide superior uniformity and consistency.

 All cast aluminum letters and cast bronze letters come with threaded mounts in the back to accept our standard   3/16" studs.
