Plain MountPlain Mount

No mounting hardware provided. Customer to supply their own hardware for installation. The reverse side of formed plastic letters are hollow. Please note that mounting hardware will be required to install letters. Flange MountFlange Mount

A Flange is a flat 3/16" to 1/2" perimeter around the letter into which holes can be drilled and secured with nails or screws. Please note that mounting hardware will be required to install letters. If you choose to do this yourself, and order without hardware as in one of the other options, please be sure of your capabilities. We can not be liable for damage done during installation. Not available for letters under 6"

Stud MountStud Mount        Stud Mount Installation Instructions

This is the typical installation method for Formed Plastic letters.    3/16"diameter 10-24 studs come out the back of each letter. You can request spacers to allow your letter to stand off the mounting surface. We would need to know how much of a standoff you would like.   An   installation pattern will be required to ensure proper stud placement. Please be sure to order this with your letters.

Pad MountPad Mount     Pad Mount Installation Instructions

Clear plastic pads - perforated plastic disks -   are glued into the backs of each letter.   You would apply clear silicone adhesive to the pad, and affix to the wall.   We recommend taping the letter up (6-12 hours) until the silicone has a chance to dry. Spacing Tape will be provided to help position the letters in line. An installation pattern is not required. Ideal for indoors, or outdoors if drilling is not possible. Please note that silicone adhesive may damage the surface if you ever remove the letters.

Semi-Adjustable Combination MountSemi-Adjustable Combination Mount     Stud Mount Installation Instructions

A combination mount differs from a stud mount in that the upper portion of the letter has studs and adjustable pads that can be screwed up or down the stud shaft based on the required depth.   The bottom portion of the letter will has non-adjustable pad mounts. This method is ideal for uneven surfaces. An installation pattern will be required to ensure proper stud placement.

Fully-Adjustable Combination MountFully-Adjustable Combination Mount     Stud Mount Installation Instructions

The difference between the Fully-Adjustable Combination Mount and Semi-Adjustable Combination Mount is that ALL studs have a pad that can be screwed up or down the stud shaft. This allows for full adjustability over all mounting points This is ideal for installations on corrugated tin, curved surfaces and other types of uneven surfaces. This method also provides the capability to stand off the letters from your mounting surface.   An installation pattern will be required to ensure proper stud placement.

Wire MountWire Mount

Wire Mounts are stainless steel hooks inserted into plastic blocks glued to the inside of the letter. Available for flush mounting or with a standoff. The loop can be opened up to allow for screws pre set into the wall so that the wires can act as a bracket. Not available on letters under 6" high. Not available on round or beveled faced letters.

Outside Bracket MountOutside Bracket

An outside Bracket is an L-shaped plastic projection flared outward from the back of the letter. This bracket can be attached to the wall using a screw or silicone adhesive. Only available for 6" or taller where the letter depth is 3/4" or more. Not available on round face or bevel face letters   Letters greater than 18" come with brackets unattached. Plastic cement required for unattached brackets.

Foam FilledFoam Filled

Formed Plastic letters are filled with rigid urethane foam and cut flush to the back edge of the letter. The purpose of this mount is to allow for a screw mount from the back. The screws would pass through the foam and into the letter. Available only for letters 9" and smaller. Price is double the price of a normal - no hardware - letter.
